Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, all purchases on DatasticsR are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the report has been dispatched or accessed.
Exceptions (Handled Case-by-Case):

Refunds may be considered only under these rare situations:

Duplicate Purchase – If the same report is purchased more than once.
Wrong Report Delivered – If a completely different report than the one ordered is sent.
Unfulfilled Order – If the report is not delivered even after 5 business days post payment and no response is received from the support team.
